Why the Area E Rates Vary
The six public extended-stay sites in Area E are not identical. Some are shorter or more basic; some have better access, more usable space, or a pull-aside/pull-through-style configuration. Using two rates—$175 and $200 per week—keeps pricing understandable while recognizing real differences in site quality and access.
A Few Simple Expectations
Savage Gulf Village is intended to remain clean, quiet, safe, and attractive. Guests agree to maintain their site, cabin, RV, or tiny home and surrounding area in a neat condition.
- No excessive outdoor storage or accumulated belongings.
- No trash buildup, unsightly tarps, or unapproved structures.
- Vehicles, guests, pets, fires, waste, and safety are governed by property rules.
- Payment must be made when due.
- Serious or repeated rule violations, unsafe conduct, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or material breach may result in termination of occupancy according to the agreement and applicable law.
Payment and Utilities
- A Refundable Security Deposit equal to three weeks site rent is required
- Occupancy charges are paid every two weeks in advance.
- Utilities are separate.
- Extended stays are governed by a written agreement.
- Site assignment and final pricing depend on the specific accommodation, fit, availability, and approval.
- Cabin pet charges, deposits, cleaning arrangements, and other terms may apply where appropriate.
Taxes and Early Departure
Extended-stay rates are designed for qualifying longer occupancies under a written agreement. Mandated State, County & City Sales & Occupancy Taxes – total 18.25% for short term stays but generally are not accessed for stays longer than 90 days.
There are no refunds for early departure. Two week payment requirements will not be prorated. The signed extended-stay agreement controls the complete terms and conditions of each occupancy. This website is a marketing summary, not a substitute for the agreement.
