Not Every Site Is the Same—and the Pricing Should Not Pretend That It Is
Area E includes six public extended-stay RV sites, numbers 73 through 78. Some are shorter. Some have better access. Some function more like pull-asides, while others are better suited to longer rigs or easier entry and exit.
Rather than forcing every site into one rate, Savage Gulf Village uses two simple pricing levels based on site size, access, and configuration.
Standard Wooded Extended-Stay Site
$175 per week
$350 paid every two weeks · utilities separate
For smaller, shorter, or more basic site configurations.
Larger or Better-Access Site
$200 per week
$400 paid every two weeks · utilities separate
For larger, easier-access, or more desirable configurations.
A Smaller, Wooded Extended-Stay Environment
Area E is designed as a smaller, wooded extended-stay environment rather than a high-density RV park. It includes staff presence and support facilities and connects naturally with Area F’s cabins and premium RV sites.
The area includes 30/50-amp electrical service, a staff cabin, bathhouse, pergola with swings, greenhouse, and access to the separate high-speed Wi-Fi system serving Area E. A shared pavilion serves the extended-stay community in Areas E and F.

Utilities and Written Agreement
Utilities are billed separately. Occupancy charges are paid every two weeks in advance. Extended stays are governed by a written agreement that addresses payment, exterior appearance, storage, guests, vehicles, pets, safety, utilities, conduct, nonpayment, early departure, and other important terms.
Site assignment: The exact rate and site are determined after we review RV type, year, length, access needs, occupancy, pets, vehicles, desired arrival, and expected length of stay.
